Who's building this

Five years of hands-on SME systems work.

Muhammad has spent the last five years as a business systems analyst — writing BRDs, mapping workflows, running UAT, and training staff for small businesses across two continents. Before that he ran day-to-day admin for a technical college and worked as a fibre-optic technician, so he understands both the office and the tools.

He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Diploma in Information Technology, works in English, Urdu, and Punjabi, and is based in Mississauga.
